Our Neighborhood

Audubon Place is a controled access community of 73 homes near Pearland, TX. Our homes are executive size with the median size of about 4,000 ft. on just under half an acre lots. It is conviently located just south of the Sam Houston Tollway and just west of Hwy 35.
